About the Service
The service supports fulfilling the notification and disclosure obligations digitally and automatically according to the Customs Act § 2-3 and the associated regulation.

A master consignment is identified by a master consignment note number issued by the party with whom the sender has an agreement to arrange transport to the receiver. |
| Transport | Transport | Transport in the context of notification and disclosure defines a physical means of transport, its driver, and cargo. Cargo in this context is defined by master consignments and consignments. |
| Transportmiddel | Active Border Transport Means | A means of transport in the context of notification and disclosure is a car, an aircraft, a train, or a vessel that has its own propulsion and transports cargo across the border to Norway. |
| Innsender | Submitter | The submitter is the one who sends messages to Norwegian Customs. Note that the submitter and customs representative can be the same entity. |

Generally, if the border crossing occurs by road from Sweden, it is necessary to specify the procedure up to the border, otherwise not.
